The Indian Open is a defunct, Grand Prix tennis circuit tennis tournament. It was played from 1973-1979. It was held in various cities in, India and was played on outdoor clay courts. Indian tennis player Vijay Amritraj won the event four times, making him the only Indian to win the event.
